A series of 'Occupation' reading books and workbooks from Kim Merry
Books and workbooks from Merry Publications, on social topics for pupils with learning difficulties, including autism. Suitable for all ages to understand and explore the roles that people play, such as the people who help us e.g. the police, firemen, teachers, doctors and nurses. Also, suitable for older students to look at the world of work.
The pack increases word finding and essential vocabulary skills for each occupation. Accompanying workbooks reinforce learning and communication skills using: matching, true/ false exercises, odd one out, descriptions, reading and spelling.
