We chose symbols in order that we could receive feedback from all our learners we survey. We now have all learners' complete questionnaires independently.

We found the experience of working with Widgit very good; they were always ready to help with our requests. Widgit kept me up to date at every stage of the process and we would definitely recommend them in the future.
